Bio

Richard began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in Charleston, South Carolina. After three years of practicing public accounting, he returned to his hometown of New Orleans to attend Tulane University Law School. After graduating from law school, Richard worked as a partner in a boutique tax law firm in New Orleans and later opened his own firm, Roth Law Firm, LLC, where he currently serves as managing partner.

In addition to RAMM and Roth Law Firm, Richard is also a founding member of Strata Services, LLC, a multi-family office that serves the needs of high net worth individuals, and RAMM SDF, a tax credit investment fund.
